I really appreciate the professionalism and patience I experience when placing orders with Michael at ProPak. Many other vendors do not really listen to what I am asking for or push items that are not a good fit for my business. Michael offers appropriate suggestions, is creative and works to make the process easy. It is apparent that Michael cares about his job and helping the customer.
